Do I need my own Claude or Codex subscription?
Yes. Flex Hydra runs the agents’ own command-line tools, signed in with your own accounts, and their usage counts against your plans with Anthropic and OpenAI. Flex Hydra doesn’t sell model access.
Is there a free trial?
No. If Flex Hydra isn’t for you, the refund policy covers your first payment.
How many computers can I use?
Up to 3 at once. Signing in on another one asks which computer to sign out, and you can sign devices out from your account page anytime.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Flex Hydra checks your subscription every so often; after a successful check it keeps working offline for up to 7 days.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. After that, Flex Hydra won’t start new sessions — sessions already running are never stopped.
How does pricing work for a team?
Every member of a company is a seat, the owner included, at the plan’s price: $37 a month or $370 a year per seat. The owner’s subscription pays for them all, and people joining or leaving are prorated on the next invoice.
Do my team members need their own subscription?
No. A seat in a company covers all of Flex Hydra for its member, on up to 3 computers. A member who already pays for a plan can cancel it from their account page, or keep it to create a company of their own.
What happens if a company’s subscription ends?
The company turns read-only: everything in it still opens, but nothing can be added or changed until the owner renews. Its calls end and running timers stop, and members without a plan of their own can’t start new sessions until then — sessions already running are never stopped.
Who sees time-tracking screenshots?
Only the member and the company’s owner and admins. Time tracking is off until an admin turns it on for the company. It runs in the desktop app only while a member’s own timer runs, and screenshots are deleted after 30 days.
Does my code go through your servers?
No. Terminals, agent chats and files stay on your computer, and the agents talk to their own providers directly. What your team shares in Company mode — messages, files, tasks, docs and time records — is stored on our server so the team can see it.
Which systems are supported?
Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), and macOS 13 or later on Apple silicon and Intel.

Prices are shown before tax. Any sales tax or VAT for your location is added at checkout.
