Your first payment
There’s no free trial, so your first payment is covered: if Flex Hydra isn’t right for you, email help@flexhydra.dev from your account’s email address within 14 days of it and we’ll refund it in full. We end the subscription when we issue the refund.
Renewals
Renewals aren’t refunded. You can cancel anytime from your account to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Company seats
A company’s seats are part of its owner’s subscription, so the rules above cover them too: the first payment, every seat on it included, can be refunded within 14 days, which ends the subscription and turns the company read-only; renewals can’t. When people join or leave between renewals, the change is prorated on the owner’s next invoice: a charge for a seat added, a credit for a seat removed. Credits come off later invoices rather than being paid back.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank they usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund you’re entitled to by law where you live.
